Summer Seashell Serving Platter Workshop on July 19th at 4 PM

Celebrate summer by creating a handmade ceramic Seashell Serving Platter and accompanying Mini Oyster Dish, both inspired by the beauty of the sea.

In this guided workshop on July 19th at 4 PM, ceramicist DeNai Jones will lead you through the process of handbuilding and shaping two functional pieces designed for summer gatherings, fresh oysters, favorite dishes, or simply as beautiful objects for the home.

The heart of this workshop is an invitation to slow down, work with your hands, and experience the joy of creating alongside others. No experience is necessary—just come ready to connect, create, and make something meaningful.

DeNai will begin with a demonstration, then guide each participant through the process of using the slab roller, shaping and forming the clay, and adding personal details to create the Summer Seashell Serving Platter of your dreams, along with a coordinating Mini Oyster Dish.

The workshop fee includes all clay, materials, glazing, firing, and post-workshop finishing completed by DeNai. This purchase is for one attendee.

Finished pieces will be ready for pickup approximately four weeks after the workshop, depending on drying and firing schedules. The minimum age to participate is 12 years old.

Guests are welcome to bring their own snacks and sips to enjoy during the session.
