Returns & Exchanges

I hope you are not unhappy with an item or it is not damaged upon arrival. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, orders may be returned up to 7 days after the date that the item was received.  If you would like to return the item, it must be in the same condition I sent it to you. 
 
I will replace an item if it is damaged, but please keep in mind this is slow creating.  It may take up to 8 weeks for you to receive the new item.

Please contact me before returning an item at care@denai.com and a full refund will be issued once I receive the item.
