Shipping Policy

I will ship your piece(s) via USPS or UPS within 3-5 business days to the address listed upon check out. 

Please take a moment to ensure the address you have listed OR if you have chose "Local Porch Pickup." You will receive and email when your package is shipped or ready on my porch to be picked up. 

 

denai.com will not be liable for any additional fees incurred when a package is returned due to customer absence, error, or refusal.  If you refuse a package containing goods from denai.com you will still be responsible for all shipping expenses and fees and this amount will be subtracted from your merchandise credit.
