March Private Session: 2 Person Wheel Throwing with DeNai Jones

This two-hour, private workshop for two can be fully tailored to your experience level—whether you’re touching the wheel for the very first time, have some background, or are looking to refine your technique with greater intention and finesse. Having grown as a maker through one-on-one instruction myself, I know how transformative that focused, personal time can be. Together, we’ll coordinate a date and time in March that works best for you.

I truly savor working with students individually—answering questions, explaining the why behind each step, and making thoughtful adjustments as we move through the process. This is an intimate, private workshop held in my personal studio, designed to offer space for curiosity, presence, and creative flow.

During our session, I’ll demonstrate throwing several pieces on the wheel, share the rhythm and joy of working with clay, and guide you step by step as you create your own vessel. After the workshop, I will trim, glaze, and fire your finished pieces. Your work will be ready for pick-up approximately 2–3 weeks after your session.
