Ode' to Lucie Vase

This one of a kind vase is an exploration in experimenting with Lucie Rie's style, in form and glaze.   This piece is made with a matte, warm cream glaze, enhancing the sandy freckles, hand textured, and a metallic bronze lip.  Made of red stoneware.
